The Primary School Backpack Hard-Shell is a hard-shell school backpack made for primary and middle school pupils, and it comes out of our own factory in Quanzhou, China, where we run 10 production lines and ship around 200,000 bags a month. It measures 28x15x38 cm and weighs 1200 g, so a full day of school supplies stays comfortable on a small frame.
What the factory actually controls: fabric inspection on arrival, in-line stitching checks every two hours, and a final pull test on handles and straps before packing. The hard-shell shape holds through the wash and through a full year of daily carrying.
