The model was reworked to balance weight, durability and cost. The School Backpack for Grade 1-2 was designed for primary and middle school pupils and for the importers, school suppliers and retail chains that supply them. The body is built from Polyester composite EVA, sized at 27x16x31 cm and kept down to 1000 g — light enough for a child to carry alone, tough enough to last a school year.
Build notes: the stitching is bar-tacked at every load point, the zip pullers are enlarged for small hands, and the lining is a light colour so that a lost pencil case is easy to spot. The soft structure keeps weight down and makes the bag easy to fold into a locker or a car boot. We keep the trims standard across the range so that repeat orders stay consistent.
